All deliveries will need to be signed for and will be trackable. All items should reach you within 7-10 days of placing the order if the item is listed as in stock. We endeavour to ensure the order reaches you quickly and in perfect condition and that you will be happy with it. Order & Collect / Click & Collect
Our Order & Collect / Click & Collect option is a free service. This enables you to collect goods from our shop at 79 Broadway, Leigh-on-sea, Essex SS9 1PE or if it is a furniture order from our warehouse at Unit 16, Pond Chase Nurseries, Off Folly Lane, Hockley, Essex SS5 4SR.We will endeavour to have your purchase ready for collection 48 hours after your order has been received.A member of our team will notify you by email when your order is ready to be collected. Please remember to bring a valid photo ID (passport or full UK driving license) and a printout of your receipt or your order confirmation. For your protection against fraud, we will be unable to release your purchase without the appropriate ID.To take advantage of our click and collect service, payment must be made in advance online or over the telephone as payment cannot be accepted at collection point.Please note that we will only be able to hold your order for fourteen days. After this time, your order will be cancelled and your payment automatically refunded.Before leaving to collect your order, please consider the size of the item you wish to collect and whether your vehicle has sufficient space.Collection from our warehouse in Hockley, Essex can be arranged by calling 01702 719253.
Although we do not offer international shipping, you are more than welcome to arrange a courier to collect the goods from our warehouse on your behalf after an order has been placed. Please contact our mail order team for more information.
We will always try to deliver your order as soon as possible. For furniture deliveries we will try our best to deliver on a mutually convenient day and you will be contacted with available time slots – so there’s no staying in all day wondering when we’re going to arrive.Please refer to delivery lead times below for your purchases:
• Small/standard items - delivery within 3-5 working days
• In stock furniture items - delivery within 1-4 weeks
• Out of stock items - delivery within 4 - 14 weeks
(We will be able to advise you by email of the ETA of any item you are interested in ordering before you place your order).
• Mixed Items - instock – All items delivered together within 1-4 weeks
Items dispatched by standard delivery should arrive within 3-5 working days. Our specialist couriers will contact you to arrange the delivery of large, heavy or fragile items. Out of stock items showing as out of stock are on order are currently in production/transit and due to arrive into our warehouse. If you would like to know when they will arrive you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an ETA before placing your order.
Large/Heavy Furniture Items
Wherever possible, items are dispatched on a standard delivery charge. However, fragile, heavy and large items require delivery by a specialist carrier and need additional insurance. The extra charges applied are to ensure that the product reaches you in perfect condition. Delivery of fragile, heavy and large items will usually need to be delivered by our own team. If you live outside of our delivery area we will be happy to obtain a quote from a specialist courier service.

Store Purchase Returns
At Scape Interiors we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us so we've made our returns policy simple. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to the store in its original condition within 14 days for an exchange or credit note. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as unsuitable purchases will need to be returned in their original packaging.

Return to Warehouse
Unfortunately due to limited storage space, we are unable to accept returns of large items or furniture purchased online in our Leigh-on-sea shop. You are welcome to return products in person to our warehouse should you wish. Please email email@example.com or call 01702 719253 to arrange a mutually convenient time to return your purchase to the warehouse. Once your item has been returned we will arrange a refund to the card you made the purchase on.
Standard & Extra Large Parcels
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund or exchange. You will be issued with a credit note for any items returned after this time. Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in Scape Interiors being unable to refund you. We recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Unless the item is faulty, it is returned at your own cost. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.
Cost of returning items

Large/Heavy Furniture Items
Most of our deliveries are by our own specialist team. Please inspect the furniture carefully on delivery, as you will be required to sign to say you are happy with the condition your furniture has arrived in. If we have to return to collect the furniture because you decide it is unsuitable, you will be charged the standard delivery charge as applied to your postcode. If you make your own arrangements to return the goods to our warehouse there will be no charge and your card will be refunded the cost of the item less the delivery charge. If you have received your furniture order by courier and decide it is not suitable you must email us within 48 hours with your reason. You must arrange for it to be returned to us at your own expense. Your card will be refunded once we have received the goods back.
